8 March 2025 – “Ecology in the Feminine” Workshop

On the occasion of International Women's Day, ECO Imagination had the pleasure of co-organising a participatory workshop in partnership with the Faculty of Science of Nice, focused on the role of women in environmental professions.

This local initiative, in line with our commitment to an inclusive and fair ecological transition, aimed to highlight the journeys of women working in science, research, project management, green entrepreneurship, and the broader environmental sector.

Entitled "Ecology in the Feminine", the workshop brought together students, professors, researchers, environmental professionals, members of associations, and engaged citizens. Together, they shared their experiences, achievements, question and also the challenges still present in these often male-dominated fields.

The workshop fostered a rich intergenerational dialogue, encouraging younger participants to ask questions, envision their future in environmental careers, and benefit from the advice of those who have paved the way before them.
