ECO Imagination organised an exploitation workshop within the SEANERGY project

On 22 March 2023, ECO Imagination organised the first exploitation workshop of the SEANERGY project, bringing together all partners to identify and structure the project’s Key Exploitable Results (KERs).

The workshop focused on defining and prioritising results with strong exploitation potential, whether for commercial, research, or standardisation purposes.

In preparation for the session, partners completed a dedicated questionnaire to gather key information on expected results, potential market uptake, and intellectual property considerations.

The workshop enabled partners to:

• Identify and prioritise the most promising project results

• Structure an initial exploitation methodology

• Explore target markets and potential value creation pathways

As a result of the discussions, 11 preliminary Key Exploitable Results were identified across the consortium.

Through this type of workshop, ECO Imagination supports European projects in structuring their exploitation strategies, facilitating the identification, analysis, and valorisation of high-potential results to maximise impact and long-term uptake.
