ECO Imagination participated in the BIOFAIRNET Executive Board Meeting

On 17 July 2025, ECO Imagination participated in the BIOFAIRNET Executive Board Meeting, which brought together all Work Package leaders in an online session. This key internal coordination meeting aimed to monitor project implementation and ensure alignment with the Consortium Plan.

The meeting was structured around two main sessions, combining project management tools and progress review.

The morning session focused on the presentation and discussion of three essential project management tools. Partners reviewed the Data Management Plan (DMP), defining how data is handled throughout the project, the Quality Assessment Plan, outlining processes to ensure deliverable quality, and the Financial Interim Report Tool, supporting the preparation of the first financial report.

The afternoon session was dedicated to reviewing the work carried out during the first six months of the project (M1–M6). Each Work Package leader presented progress achieved and upcoming activities, covering the full scope of the project, from state-of-the-art analysis to pilot demonstrations, sustainability assessments, and communication and dissemination actions.

As the partner responsible for communication and dissemination, ECO Imagination contributed to strategic discussions to strengthen the project’s visibility and ensure consistent outreach of its results.

The meeting helped reinforce coordination across the consortium and ensure a shared understanding of priorities for the coming months. The project continues to advance collaboratively towards a sustainable and inclusive bio-circular economy.
