ECO Imagination participated in the first UPCYCLE Executive Board Meeting

On 13 January 2026, ECO Imagination participated in the first Executive Board Meeting of the UPCYCLE project, alongside the project coordination team and work package leaders. This meeting marked an important milestone in the operational launch of the project and the structuring of its initial activities.

The meeting opened with an overview of key project management aspects, followed by updates from work package leaders on activities carried out during the first months. Discussions focused on aligning approaches, protocols, and materials, as well as on planned actions for the next six months.

ECO Imagination’s participation contributed to strengthening internal coordination and fostering a shared understanding of priorities and workflows. As the partner responsible for communication and dissemination activities, ECO also ensured the early integration of visibility and stakeholder engagement actions within the project.

These efforts support the effective implementation of UPCYCLE’s ambition to create circular value chains capable of transforming non-recyclable plastic waste into highly recyclable and non-persistent packaging materials.
