World Cleanup Day 2025

On 21 September 2025, as part of World Cleanup Day, teams from Samsic APMR PACA and Nice Côte d’Azur Airport took part in a clean-up operation along the Var riverbanks, with the support of ECO Imagination.

This local initiative highlights the importance of community-driven environmental actions. Thanks to the participants’ commitment, nearly 500 kg of waste were collected, preventing pollution from reaching natural ecosystems and the sea.

Protecting natural environments, particularly river and coastal areas, is essential to tackle pollution, preserve biodiversity, and promote sustainable resource management.
